Born Creators Group is a leading international boutique digital agency.

As the Endspace Agency Principal, I was tasked with uplifting the agency from a small startup and poising it to enter scale-up mode.

Acted as Senior Product manager on key customer engagements.

Implemented end-to-end product discovery and delivery best practices processes

Planned, built and hired the local product management team and coached new hires on product management principles.

Planned, built and hired the international engineering team as well as organised them into workable squads.

Implemented engineering best practices from PR review templates to CI/CD and DevOps setup guides as well as engineering excellence programs

The Crowd Co. is an immensely successful startup hybrid marketing/tech agency that boasts some of Australia's biggest brands as marketing and development clients including Woolworth's Group.

As GM overseeing the product delivery business unit, I have increased efficiencies within the business greatly and created synergy amongst the business's various departments through the introduction of process and governance. In addition to this, I have acted as the principal Product manager of several SaaS products and applications created and maintained for enterprise clients such as Woolworths Group in Australia and internationally.

Along with being hands-on and overseeing various projects, and campaigns as well as architecting the introduction of TCC into overseas markets I have successfully taken the board’s vision and adapted it into actionable steps for each business unit.
