Delivery of MVP platform from the ideation stage - bringing founders’ and CEOs’ vision to life while taking into account end-user problems and needs.
Product management of back-end platform and front-end.
Negotiating tech stack and information architecture with tech advisor to ensure a scalable and stable platform without compromising on the product vision.
Management of off-shore engineering teams.
Implementation of Agile principles.

Implementation of end-to-end product processes
Management of UX and design resources including making captain’s calls on UX.
