My Role
Took the rewards hub from idea to delivery.
Built and managed the warehouse and logistics team responsible for provisioning and deployment of hubs to stores.
Built and managed the customer support team and processes.
Conducted market research to identify customer needs and competitors.
Led prototype development of the everyday rewards mobile app based on the rewards hub applicaiton.
